It is Friday and we have another batch of updates on what happened during the past week. New Shadow Fall addition, an emergency patch, Mercenary botzone and a weekend challenge – just dive into it!

Weekend Challenge: Easter Eggs
This weekend’s challenge is all about going sapper on everyone!

We are looking for the player that will get as many kills as possible with the limpet grenade. You need to play a minimum of 1 hour in the 24 Player TDM Warzone to qualify for this challenge and it will run from Friday night, 23:59 GMT to Sunday night, 0:00 GMT. The top 10 list will be announced on Monday.

The top ten 10 players will be featured in our Hall of Fame, which you can find here.
 

24 Player Domination Addition
On Tuesday we had you vote on your future multiplayer preferences. The result is the new addition Shadow Fall saw – 24 Player Domination. Capture and hold the three designated points for as long as you can in order to win the match. With shorter respawn time and increased point limit the hectic action is guaranteed. You can jump in right now and test your nerves here.

Killzone: Mercenary Botzone
We are very pleased to announce that the Mercenary botzone has been released and is available on the US PlayStation Store, UK PlayStation Store or from your local store! Our cunning bots are using many of the game’s diverse load-outs to stop you in your tracks. Vanguard usage, zip line navigation, interrogations, rescues, capsule hacking and valor card collection are all behaviors unique to the game and our AI is going to challenge you with all of them.

We’ve also fixed up issues reported in the multi-player maps. The update is mandatory for anyone wishing to play online multi-player, with 23MB required on the memory card to download it (549MB if you’ve not downloaded our previous updates.)

Emergency Patch
This week we released an Emergency patch 1.13 which addressed the zoom bugs on several weapons. The patch disabled the zoom options of:

M82
StA-14
LS12 SMG Pistol
